How long does my order take to ship?

We expect all orders to ship within 1-2 weeks time and will ship via USPS.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! But we cannot promise speedy delivery. International shipping will be at the buyers expense. Please reach out for a custom quote.

What if something in my order broke during shipping?

We do our best to wrap all our orders with extra love and care. Occasionally, orders do get damaged in transit and we’ll take full responsibility to get you a replacement. We ask that you send us photos of the damaged product and we’ll work on getting a replacement sent out immediately. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of arrival.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and Switch Co. does not currently accept returns. Local exchanges will be considered. Thank you for your understanding and supporting small businesses.
